Insurance: Dr. Weylman is an in-network provider for all Massachusetts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans, including but not limited to HMO Blue, Network Blue, and PPO plans. While she also is in-network for many out-of-state BCBS plans, please confirm with your BCBS plan first. For out-of-network benefits, Dr. Weylman will provide you with a detailed statement for you to obtain reimbursement.
Directions: Dr. Weylman’s office is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts in the center of Harvard Square. There is ample meter parking (requiring quarters) nearby on Arrow Street, Mass Avenue, and Mt. Auburn Street. Public transportation is available either by subway (Red Line Harvard Square stop) or bus and there is plentiful bicycle parking available.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments: Kindly give a minimum of 48 hours notice to change or cancel appointments. All late cancellations, changes, and missed appointments will be charged at Dr. Weylman’s current full fee and cannot be billed to insurance.
