It has been my great fortune and privilege to have been a psychologist for more than two decades, practicing in the heart of Harvard Square. I am described as a kind, welcoming, and thoughtful psychologist with a sense of humor and a practical and caring approach to psychotherapy. In my career, I focus on helping college students, couples, and adults move forward in their lives. I love my work and the opportunity it gives me to collaborate with individuals looking to live their lives more fully and to feel better about themselves. The best therapy allows people to develop self-confidence, build deeper connections with people and the world, change patterns, challenge mood problems, and address problems directly and deeply. In order to do that, therapy needs to be a place of challenge and comfort, solace, support, and growth. Therapy is a place where you should feel comfortable, safe, cared about, and encouraged to change.
